Welcome to Xelo, operated by ROAI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products and services, including Xelo Workspace (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Definitions
"User" means any individual or entity using the Services.
"Workspace" refers to the automation platform for managing factory process data, products, and welding points.
"User Data" means any data, files, or information uploaded or submitted by Users.
"Simulation Results" means any AI-generated outputs, optimizations, or reports produced by the Services.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old or a duly authorized representative of a legal entity to use the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Use of Services
You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited uses include:
Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code.
Uploading unlawful, harmful, or third-party proprietary data without authorization.
Using the Services to compete with or analyze the Company's systems.
4. User Data and Intellectual Property
Ownership: You retain all rights to your User Data.
License to Company: By submitting User Data, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Services.
Simulation Results: Unless otherwise agreed, Simulation Results are owned by the User but may include methods, algorithms, or models that remain the property of the Company.
5. Privacy and Security

We do not guarantee that Simulation Results are accurate, reliable, or suitable for actual manufacturing execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services unlawfully.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
